Our team comprises energy industry professionals with more than 150 years' of collective experience, each with decades of experience in the development, investment, financing, construction and operation of energy projects. They offer deep and broad expertise and experience in the development, engineering, financial, commercial and legal aspects of project development and operation of energy projects.

Ho Wai Ling (Advisor -Financing)
Ignatius is a veteran energy lawyer with over 35 years of experience advising governments, sponsors, contractors, operators, and lenders on complex energy projects internationally.
During his career, he established and managed the Singapore offices of three U.S. law firms: Bryan Cave, Squire Patton Boggs, and McDermott.
He sits on the boards of several public and private companies, charities and animal welfare groups.
Mr. Hwang has a LLB (Hons) degree and is a Singapore and UK qualified lawyer.
Ignatius Hwang (Founder)
Ritwik is an investment and strategy professional with more than 25 years’ global experience.
He is currently managing his own energy projects development company. He was previously Head of Development at Jinko Power International, VP at SunEdison, CDH Investments, and Dalian Wanda.
He has an MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Finance. He is also a certified CPA, CFA and FRM.
Ritwik Ghosh (Advisor - Project Development)
Wai Ling is a skilled projects finance professional with more than 30 years’ experience advising sponsors and lenders on the financing of large energy and infrastructure projects in Asia-Pacific.
She led financing teams at HSBC, JERA, Adaro, Lanco, Keppel Integrated Engineering and CMS Energy.Ms. H
Ms Ho currently runs her own projects advisory firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (University of Washington, Seattle), Bachelor of Commerce (University of Western Australia).
Ho Wai Ling (Advisor - Financing)
Vince brings nearly five decades of experience as a senior technical advisor, having led and advised on the engineering of complex infrastructure projects spanning hydropower, wasteto-energy, desalination, and water and wastewater treatment.
He previously managed the Singapore offices of Meinhart, MWH and CDM Smith.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class) and a Masters in Business Administration. He is a registered professional engineer and member of the Institute of Engineers (Singapore).
